There is a little diner in the heart of your own home. It is always there, when there’s no place else to roam. It is virtually ready the Chef, he is a waiting Grab your java it is time to have some fun. Where regulars will sing for you and croon a tale or two. A simple little “third place”, let us sing the blues ArtSees Diner is uniting all the world one song at a time all in the key of love. Yes ArtSees Diner it is the only one. There’s no other place just like it under moon and sun... There’s no other place just like it A little mission of love just a corner Diner serving up some love. This month I am also pleased to feature some amazing musicians, poets, writers, and artists. Please stop by all of my amazing friends pages and drop us a line to let us know who your favorite featured musician is. ArtSees Diner is a virtual representation of what I always imagined my diner would be like if I were to ever be fortunate enough to open one. Daily there would be featured musicians, artists and poets, all coming together to share their gift with the other patrons who stopped by to have a warm cup, and an even warmer smile along their journeyed path. And so it is I bring to you people from far and wide. We have talented artists from New Zealand, Bali, Taiwan, London, Rome, Puerto Rico, Morocco, Milan, Indiana, basically, the ArtSees Diner table has truly become an international fare, and that my dear friends makes ME very happy. Who is ME? Mary E. LaLuna, aka ME, is the dreamer of the wordweavers. For over fifteen years there has been a daily (well pretty darn close to daily) fascination with opening ArtSees Diner. A humanities center with coffee at the center of the gathering table. The coffee part is not original, nor is gathering around a table to share stories so as to connect, to ponder life and the complexity of such, but a humanities center, when blended with a special dose of generous spirit, the creation of another place, a home away from home. Now, these days that is a little original. I dreamed of mismatched couches, personalized cups brought from patron's homes, a special brew of coffee (I found the coffee after about ten years of searching on a sisterly cruise, called Raven's Brew ) and people to share their stories, music, their longings for life, with a gentle touch and a family of amazing "wordweavers". So please join ME and the rest of the "diner" guests as we entertain you the reader. ArtSeesdiner is a project of ArtSees Productions , under the direction of ME, Mary E. LaLuna. Enjoy!
